This video shows the Pick Punch making polycarbonate picks. You can make around 200 or so picks from this clear 12"X24" sheet. They are sort of hard to punch and probably wear the punch quite a bit but they are worth it. The sheet in the video is 0.80mm thick. These gel picks are nice and stiff.
