After dinner hang with the J Rockett Uni-Verb, a very smooth take on the classic Uni-Vibe with a mighty spring reverb effect thrown in. You can run the reverb to a separate signal path if desired (fx loop) but here I'm jacking the whole lot into the front end of my Marshall JVM410H, clean green channel. Strat is a partscaster by Mark Emanuelli. Pickups are Purple Voodoos by JJ's Guitar Pickups. I'll make a chatty Uni-Verb demo down the track a bit but I think it speaks quite well for itself.
Today's tools:
Guitar: Partscaster by Mark Emanuelli. Eric Johnson neck with '57 RI body. Pickups "Purple Voodoo" set by Ben Bailey at JJ's Guitar Pickups, Australia.
Amp: Marshall JVM 410H clean, green channel to Greenback IR hosted by Axe-FX III. Reverb is the Uni-Verb's spring reverb sim.
