Today we're getting a look at the Peacekeeper, by ThorpyFX. In keeping tradition with Thorpy's excellent top-to-bottom construction, the Peacekeeper is a low-gain overdrive that begs to be left on 100 percent of the time. The Peacekeeper contains an innovative EQ structure, by providing a pre-gain Presence control with post-gain active Treble and Bass controls, allowing players to goose the gain stage and then refine the tone they've dialed in after the fact, much like an amplifier. Throughout its sweep, the Gain knob only makes your amp sound bigger and more refined, with a boatload of extra harmonic content available at any position. When set low, the Peacekeeper excels as a sparkling clean boost, and as players push the pedal into more overdrive, they'll find great foundational tones at any random knob settings.
