I recently installed this bridge pickup in my telecaster and wanted to do a tone test. I'm plugged directly into a home made 5E3 Tweed Deluxe clone. I have the tone control setup as a push pull to select series - parallel configurations. Series is standard humbucker mode while parallel is almost like a single coil type sound without getting as thin as coil split.
