This is the Afterneath from EQD. So what it is? a reverb? delay? unicorn? goblin? Heck, for whatever it is I personally find the Afterneath is some kind of shoegaze in a box. Hit one note and it'll duplicate into beautiful breezing atmosphere. If you're into that, I suggest you give Afterneath a try.
