What a cool acoustic we have as the pick for today! A 1964 Gibson F-25, the "Folksinger"! Released during the height of the 60's Folk Revival movement, the F-25 was designed to attract players from the folk scene with features including a classical sized body, flat fretboard and wide 2″ nut width. This extra space on the fretboard and between the strings makes it excellent for those of you that play finger-style - a very unique instrument in the Gibson lineup. To change it up a bit today, and to demonstrate how well this guitar balances with a voice, James decided to play and sing one of his original tunes!
