Welcome back to Friends Pick Friday, and today we have Amanda Winterhalter in the shop! Amanda is a gifted singer and songwriter from our lovely city of Seattle, and has assembled a fantastic array of musicians around her as she's moved forward with her music. Currently in the final stages of production on a new album titled "What's This Death", she's been hard at work getting word out about it, and we're happy to share her talents with you all.

When it came to instruments, she knew exactly what she wanted to play within minutes of getting down here, and oh did she make some great choices. First up we have an incredibly beautiful 2017 Martin SS-00L Art Deco, which is #27 of 30 made. At the 00-size, with an Adirondack Spruce top and Guatemalan Rosewood back/sides, the sound of this guitar is incredible, and the details of craftsmanship continue to impress the closer and closer you get to the guitar. Following that, we have a 2002 Gibson Blues King, which is an homage to the "L" series guitars of the '30s - a small bodied Spruce top instrument with Mahogany back and sides, giving a great sound with the movement of the top thanks to the x-bracing. A great little couch strummer!
