What is PMT Live?
PMT Live is the virtual in-store shopping experience that connects you with a local store expert to get a one to one consultation on the gear that’s right for you. If you’re not sure on what’s the right product and need that expert advice, simply connect to PMT Live and chat to one of our friendly product experts who can advise you.
Through PMT Live our in-store experts can send you links to products that are right for you, send pictures of the gear in-store, and even video call to demo products and get that face-to-face consultative experience.
How do I use PMT Live?
Connecting to PMT Live is easy, simply click the PMT Live icon found at the bottom right of the screen on product pages, category pages and store pages to initiate the chat. Select from the options and you’ll be routed directly to your local store expert who will be on hand to help you out.
When is PMT Live available?
PMT Live is available during normal store opening hours, 7 days a week, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm.
If no one is available to take your enquiry just leave us a message and we’ll get back to you.
Is PMT Live available outside the UK?
No, PMT Live is currently only available to customers in the UK.
