Steve at Sweetwater reached out to me and let me know they inspected the guitar and their tech agreed with me that it should not have gone out. They offered me a free guitar. I advised them that I do not believe it is fair to give me something because I have a channel. However I asked them to make their 55 point inspection public so we can understand what they are looking at and they agreed. You can now view the 55 point inspection on their site.
