In this video, we're looking at a product called the Gig Strap Pro. Does it work to stop shoulder ache from gigs and playing guitar? We'll be looking at the physical therapy behind the product and whether or not it actually works. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
D and A Guitar Gear, they have consistently made very good guitar stands and accessories for many years, and the Gig Strap Pro is one of those useful accessories that could save you some shoulder pain from gigging. While all guitarists, and bass guys have probably experienced that sort of pain you can get from long playing and gigging times over and over, sometimes it can turn in to real problems and if you don't address it then it could get much worse than you might imagine.
Of course stopping the pain in the first place is the real answer, but from what I see it looks like the D&A and their Gig Strap Pro can also help ease the pain if you do get that problem. And using heavy guitars or bass guitars is a surefire way of ending up in agony if you over do it at gigs.
In this short review I show you the Gig Strap Pro that fits over a regular guitar strap and can make the comfort zone really be where you live! And this accessory has other benefits too! Use an SG guitar? Well if you use the Gig Strap Pro then that heavy neck drop will be a thing of the past...
For the cost of this strap (it seems to be on offer as I write the review) it's really a very useful add on and it does not break the bank.
What I really liked too is the 'Lifetime' Warranty that D&A include on all of their products.
The Gig Strap Pro was supplied to me free of charge for this review, but as I always state and confirm this entire review really is MY OWN OPINION of the Gig Strap Pro from trying and using it myself. The D&A guitar stands have been used by me in the studio for many years and remain a brilliant product that I depend on every day.
