Hey guys decided to Swirl some picture frames.These are plastic,yes plastic picture frames which i have undercoated and Swirled. I have swirled 3 frames one in white & blue another black,yellow & red & the 3rd frame yellow & blue.They have all been clear coated in high gloss.These can be Swirled in any colour combination
