The Throbak Stone Bender fuzz pedal is a reproduction of the Sola Sound Tone Bender used to great acclaim by Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page, among other 70's rock luminaries. Just like the originals, the Throbak Stone Bender has three carefully matched germanium transistors at it's heart for that warm, fuzzy saturation that just can't be produced any other way. Throbak has also added some features for modern players that want a little more versatility, including a pre-gain switch for different drive levels and a tone color switch that rolls off high-end, giving you a warmer sound similar to the vintage three-knob Tone Bender.
