My girlfriend (the coolest and bestest girl in the world) just gave me a Line 6 Pocket Pod! I've been looking at some sort of amp modeling type deal for a while now to give me some versatility. It is hard to get excited about metal riffs on a Blues Junior with a strat. I've been really excited about it so far. It really does have a ton of versatility, and the sound quality is phenomenal. I use it a lot for practicing, and it really thrives. I haven't even tried it into my amp yet, but I'm not really looking for that. I play a lot in the evening after work and my beloved mother is a real stickler. I couldn't even think about turning my amp on, let alone cranking it up. Now I can take this baby downstairs and play until my heart is content. :) Thanks Kelsey!
This is the British High Gain amp. The settings are pretty stock, gain up about 3/4, eq at noon and a little reverb. It rocks pretty hard IMHO, and I don't have to shell out a few grand on a JCM 800.
