A longtime follower of the channel suggested this topic in light of October 10th being World Mental Health Day. As we exchanged emails I realized that I touch on this in different places but I've never really focused on how being guitar players might impact, our lives, both positively and negatively.
I'll share stories of my own but I've found that folks are often willing to share their insights if it might help someone else. Even if it's finding shared language to talk about these things, it's a great use of time.
