Down to the last detail, Gibson has recreated its famous 1959 Les Paul Reissue with this 2014 model. This electric guiar sports CustomBucker humbucking pickups that faithfully evoke classic PAF pickups in their clarity and robust mids. Its Bumblebee capacitors are spec'd to the original '50s design and add sweetness to the sound. And aesthetically, the distinct cream binding and aniline wood dye reproduce the look of the '59 LP.
In this demo, we've played the 1959 Les Paul Reissue on different pickup settings. It's paired with an Orange TH30C, both clean and overdriven.
