This ASAT Z-3 Semi Hollow features a whiskey black finish on a semi hollow swamp ash body. The maple neck has a rosewood fretboard, 12" radius and a 1 5/8" bone nut. The neck profile is a classic C shape. Electronically, you'll find the same outfit as the Comanche - three Magnetic Field Design Z-Coil pickups. These little sweeties have soft iron adjustable pole pieces. They are high fidelity and high output, but not overly bright. You can get crisp high-end without having to turn your treble all the way down - even when you're using the bridge pickup. In addition, a mini toggle switch provides even more possibilities for pickup combinations, including simultaneous neck and bridge and all three at once.
