I layed down this groove into my Boss RC-2. The amp is set really clean:

volume - 3
FAT - off
treble - 5
bass - 6
mid - 8
master - 8
reverb - 2

The dirt is supplied by my BYOC ts-808 tubescreamer clone and also by a Fuzz Face clone. The fuzz face wasn't used until the last third or so.
