Just wandering around the 2019 version of the Keeley Electronics effects pedal boutique. I didn’t start out planning on making a tour video, but it sure is fun walking in on all these amazing people.
This place has been home and grown with me since 2012. We had fallen back to about 10-12 people and now we’re are up to 30 again. We went from the single suite you see in my first video to having 5 suites loaded with machines or people or (my) junk. We now do the CNC work on one of our 4 CNCs. We powder coat the cases and then they move on to our UV LED printers. At the same time we are building boards on our pick and place surface mount technology line. Then the circuit boards go on to the technicians for final construction and assembly. I just purchased a new shop. 9162 square feet of awesomeness. Can’t wait until you see it.
