The neck pickup is more quiet than the other 2, because I've scaled it until it almost hit the level of the pickguard.
The fingerboard extension is originally from my sold Bellido flamenco guitar, which you can see in some of my videos. I cut it up and eroded below so that it fits over the neck pickup. Then I fixed the 2 pieces with double sided tape. The 22th fret I sanded down flat and glued it on the new fretboard. So it is removeable at any time and it can be returned to its original condition. However, it's a shaky business because the pickguard and the pickups on these old ladies do not have to sit quite so tight.
