Going beyond mass-produced fuzz pedals, the Jetfuzz utilizes three hand-selected mixed-type transistors for tone you can hear and feel. True to its word, the Jetfuzz has the attack and bite of a Tone Bender with the saturation of a Big Muff without the mid scoop. The Jetfuzz sustains almost endlessly with a big bottom end, and the Fuzz, tone and volume controls on the face of the Jetfuzz help dial in quite an array of fuzz tones. The tonal possibilities are compounded with the Jet knob, which starves the circuit of voltage and opens up the sound, ranging from a compressed fuzz assault to a choked off velcro-ripping tone. The construction of the Jetfuzz begs to be mentioned, as the wiring is proudly done point-to-point on tagboard for a fuzz that looks just as cool at it sounds. Each Jetfuzz is hand wired, one at a time with great care on isla Mallorca in Spain.
