Marc Najjar demonstrates a 1964 Epiphone Embassy.
The Embassy Deluxe was the Epiphone equivalent to the Gibson Thunderbird. Both were launched in 1963, deleted in 69, had identical hardware, but the Embassy lacked the body shape and through-neck of the Thunderbird. They were both long scale instruments (Gibsons first) and both were priced identically. The tone and playability have benefit of the double cut-away solid Mahogany body. Indeed, an amazing instrument for players and collectors alike.
