Do you know the Portlandia sketch "Put a Bird On It!"? We have a similar saying here at The Music Zoo which is "Put a Floyd On It!" and put a Floyd on it we did when we first introduced our Fender Custom Shop ZF Series of Strats and Teles a number of years ago. The point of these guitars was to bring a hot-rodded Floyd Rose-equipped Strat or Tele down to the attainable Teambuilt level of Custom Shop as opposed the elite (and more expensive) Masterbuilt level. They're available with lots of different finish packages available, relic'd or not! Our run of ZFs is still going strong, so we wanted to create an updated for 2023 video with a story behind the run as well as all of the options you have within it.
