Today's pick is an absolute beauty, a completely original and crack-free 1946 Martin D-28! This one is early enough to still have the herringbone inlayed binding, and its sound is stunning. This one is totally untouched by any repairs, though we have put on new bridge pins for functionality (originals are in the case). All of this is wonderful, with the one caveat being that the guitar does need a neck reset - currently the action is fairly high as you get closer to the body, making it a bit more difficult to play, but is still totally playable as you'll hear when James Anaya takes this one for a spin!
