Devtech Audio Soft Drive, Powerdriver and Gilmour Muff
In this video we'll look at the Soft Drive, Powerdriver and Gilmour Muff from Devtech Audio. The Soft Drive is a take on the Pete Cornish SS2, with a smooth character and a bit of mid range boost. A good blend of the Tube Driver and Tube Screamer. The Powerdriver is based on the late 60s Colorsound Power Boost, with a 18V internal power boost and master volume for increased headroom and a very smooth breakup. The Gilmour Muff is carefully based on David Gilmour's own mid 70s ram's head Big Muff - the pedal that defines Pink Floyd's Animals, The Wall and pretty much everything since then.
