The Spaceman Gemini IV is a dual fuzz generator that allows you to blend both Ge and Si worlds together. The way it mixes these two high gain circuits is different than the norm, instead of stacking them in series, the Gemini IV routes them in parallel in order to let each circuit contribute their sonic signature to form tones never heard before. Each fuzz circuit can be isolated with the center mix knob and dialed in independent Gain and Filter controls. Dead center, the filter is all-pass while CW rolls of highs (low-pass) and CCW decreases the mids. Plus, the phase reverse switch emphasizes different frequencies while cancelling out others, bringing octave-up and searing fuzztones to the table. Like all Spaceman effects, the Gemini IV is built with coveted components and extreme attention to detail in Portland, OR.
