This guitar is a precise duplicate of the one that Norman Harris has, that is featured on page 47 of his book - "Norman's Rare Guitars: 30 Years of Buying, Selling and Collecting". The guitar has a John English decal on the back of the peghead, the solid Brazilian Rosewood V-shaped neck (no truss rod) is dated 7.20.2000 and signed in gold marker "J.T. English", inside the control cavity, it is signed "J.T. English" and reads "custom Proto Rosewood NK 9-2000", the neck pickup route has "JE" stamped in blind, the back of the pickguard is signed "J.T. English" and dated 9/2000, custom hand-wound pickups, COA signed and dated by John. Housed in the original G & L 'Tweed' hardshell case with tan leather ends and red plush lining (9.25).
