This fifty-three year-old Blond beauty weighs just 7.50 lbs. Solid ash body, one-piece maple neck with black dot position markers. Two pickups with outputs of 6.28k and 5.96k. Telecaster combined bridge/tailpiece. Body dated "9-56", pots dated April 1956. The neck and pickguard of this guitar were replaced by the Fender factory in early 1959. Original Fender tweed hardshell case (8.75). The best of both worlds - the sound of a '56 with the very comfortable medium neck profile of an early '59! A killer guitar
