With a huge range of customers visiting our stores every day, we're pretty lucky to hear such a wide selection of talented musicians. We're genuinely amazed by some of the playing we get to hear and thought it was only right to come up with a way that we could share it with the world.
So, we've decided to launch a brand new online series where we explore the local talent in the cities each of our stores are based in. We run into absolutely loads of up and coming bands, sing-songwriters and everything in between and we're really excited to have the chance to showcase some of our very favourites across the UK!
Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to guitarguitar Sessions...
Kicking things off in Glasgow, we're over the moon to share that a local favourite of ours, Dancing On Tables, recently stopped by for an exclusive session in the store to hang out in our acoustic area and play us a few tracks. Hailing from Dunfermline, Scotland, we've been following the guys for a while now and were over the moon that they accepted our invitation to come along and play for us! Dancing On Tables have been steadily building a loyal fanbase through a catalogue packed full of poppy, indie rock tracks with infectious hooks and we've been really keen to get them into the store. Of course, they more than lived up to our high expectations and we're very pleased to share their acoustic session featuring tracks 'Colour Me Good', 'Missing' and 'Oh'!
