In this video, we'll talk about expanding an 8-output Pedal Power 2 PLUS into a 12-output high-current capable power supply. We will do this by connecting a Pedal Power X4 using its included AC adapter to the rear courtesy outlet of the Pedal Power 2 PLUS.
Pedal Power X4 is available in the standard version with four 9V outs or the X4-18V version with two 9V and two dedicated 18V outs.

Special notes on Pedal Power X4 to address some excellent questions in the comments:
* Each Pedal Power X4 (Voodoo Lab product ID PPX4) includes a 12V tabletop-style adapter with a detachable region-specific AC line cable. Also included are DC power cables for connecting pedals and low-profile 3M Dual Lock for mounting X4 to your pedalboard.
* Pedal Power X4 is also available as an EXPANDER KIT (Voodoo Lab product ID PPX4EK) which a version offered without the AC adapter at a slightly lower cost. The Expander Kit is for applications where X4 will be powered directly from a Pedal Power 3 series X-LINK expansion port or a 12V high current Pedal Power output of 400mA or higher. In both of these cases, the AC adapter is not needed. Like the full version Pedal Power X4, DC power cables and Dual Lock are included.

* As Pedal Power 2 PLUS is not equipped with a 12V 400mA+ DC output, we recommend using the full version Pedal Power X4 with its included adapter to expand a 2 PLUS from the rear courtesy outlet as shown in the video.
