We all know Stephen Stern as a legendary Masterbuilder for the Gretsch Custom Shop - but like many other current Masterbuilders, he got his start at Charvel in the late '80s. When Music Zoo owner Tommy Colletti got the chance to acquire a one-off Style 2 that Stephen had built for himself, we knew we had to do something special with it. We did the impossible: getting a Gretsch Masterbuilder to go back to his roots and build a run of six Charvel Custom Shop Guitars.
