So I have two daughters and I want to get them to play. well of course they need a SPECIAL guitar. Well the first one didn't work out all that well, and had to figure out a better way to do this. I have seen a few waylon jennings leather teles and thought about going down that route. Well that wasn't going to work out for what I wanted to do on this. Leather is hard and could stand up to the abuse of sticking out. This flippy material is a bit week and I needed to make sure the ends didn't flay up at all. Drilling the holes in the body was my genius idea to get the material to sit along the edges. I thought about using some additional string to cover the edges but didn't need to after playing around with the first one.
