At Knobcon 2024, we caught up with Tony from Wildwood Soundworks who was showing the Wildwood Express and the Wildwood Lightning. Both models are compact and boast integrated samplers, sequencers, and synthesizers. The updated firmware allows MIDI networking, sample recording via USB, and enhanced sample editing capabilities. The Wildwood Lightning features a new capacitive touch sensor interface for chord and note modes, making it a versatile tool for live performance and studio work. Both devices support SD card and USB storage, MIDI networking, and real-time sequencing and sampling capabilities.
