A lifestyle facilitator is really my occupation. Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked to have the title "Realtor", but that's really just a legal term, and kind of boring. Agreed? Lifestyle facilitator sounds so much cooler. Let me give you an example of what that occupation means in action.
Last week, a client and friend of mine closed on this property. This is her first home. We looked at homes everywhere in Nashville, made offers on multiple homes, and lost out. Once we built some trust- she understanding that I truly cared about where she lived and her lifestyle, I began showing her places where I would live. Areas of Nashville that have more to offer than a stand alone home- a great way of life. Lenox Village offers just that. With stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, and even a phenomenal place to get out and run (Mill Creek Greenway), everything is located within walking or bike riding distance. AND, it's a beautiful neighborhood!
Anson Lane is where she purchased the home. Now, here's the next big win. I had a great feeling about this home. We made a great offer, obviously the sellers were happy with it because the accepted, and continued with the processes of closing the deal. The inspection report was great. But the appraisal was even better. Let's just say as lenders would say... "It appraised!" My client walks into her home with equity. What does that mean? She made money just by buying the house! Good money. And even better, the current analysis of the Nashville market says that the bulls think the market value will increase by up to 27% in the next 3-4 years. Wow! That's even more money she'll make ever year just by owning the home!
