The TresCab pedal by Mooer is a speaker simulator pedal that features a detailed and realistic amp response with 5 different cabinet voicings and EQ/Mic placement controls.
With the TresCab cabinet simulator pedal there’s no need for a DI box, so you can connect your guitar directly to a mixer, console or PA system.
The emulations found in the TresCab are very organic and natural, maintaining tonal integrity and enabling direct recording without the unmusical high frequencies heard when connecting a guitar directly to a mixer.
Its small size makes this pedal a must in any rig, as it can save a gig in case of amp failure, allowing you to connect directly to the PA system or the mixing board.
Mode Switch*: Choose the EQ for equalization or MIC for microphone placement.
You can change between both modes without losing settings, so for example you can dial in your favorite EQ settings, switch to MIC to control mic placement and still be able to have your favorite EQ.
LOW/DIS. Knob: Adjusts low frequency in EQ mode or adjusts the distance between microphone and cabinet in CAB mode.
HIGH/POS. Knob: Adjusts hi frequency in EQ mode or the deviation from center position between the mic and cabinet in CAB mode.
CAB Knob lets you choose the type of cabinet between 5 different models.
