The G&L ASAT Deluxe Semi-Hollow No Top is a very versatile instrument that lets you cover a vast swath of musical ground, perfect for the player who needs one guitar that can do everything well. The
foundation of this guitar is it's traditional ASAT shape, a classic design enhanced by semi-hollow Ash body construction, imparting it with woody resonance as well as tonal clarity. Normally G&L builds the ASAT Deluxe with a flame maple top, but we asked that they leave it off, both for a deeper overall tone and to bring down cost. A Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge, along with a '59 in the neck, let this G&L ASAT Deluxe Semi-Hollow No Top cover any style you throw at it, and a mini-toggle for splitting the coils lets you stretch out even further. The traditional ASAT bridge has been swapped out for a Bigsby Vibrato, giving the ASAT Deluxe a vintage vibe and adding another
