Demo of the Reuss Musical Instruments Wine and Roses dual overdrive.

My take:
The Wine and Roses is a dual overdrive designed in collaboration with Steve Wynn (The Dream Syndicate). It is based on the Reuss Old Black Shoe and Germanium Dirt pedals. The word that kept coming up while I was demo'ing this pedal was "musical". Even at higher gain settings, it retains fantastic individual note clarity. The two sides are very different – the right (germanium) side is fizzy / woolly / chunky, while the left (germanium/silicon hybrid) is punchier and more transparent. Both sides retain low end really well, without getting tubby or loose. Currently this is my top overdrive contender for the upcoming mini-pedal board build! Highly recommended.
