Inside the Luthier's shop with BigDGuitars.com. I got a lot of questions on how to finish a spruce tops. I love antique violin finishes and wanted to make a video with me doing this via the waterbased rub on methodology. Really happy with the way this turned out, I use Yellow, Brown, and Red Transtint waterbased stain. Finished in Tru-oil and buffed out to a high gloss. Enjoy!
