This NUX Mighty Space amplifier was sent to me by Cherub Technology (the maker) for me to take a no holds barred closeup look and to review the unit completely unbiased. So that's exactly what I have created in this review. You won't find other reviews like this one, so it's really worth getting to know one of the best wireless practice amps out there.
Video Review of the NUX NGS-6 Amp Simulator: https://youtu.be/QBELjW6Jbv8
Video Review of Yamaha THR30 VII: https://youtu.be/6_6yBsuHXWQ
As I take you through the review I'll tell you what's included, I'll cover the main internal components and show the quality inside, I discuss all of the technical bits like battery power and operation times. And of course, I'll show you the externals of the amp too.
Street price of the Mighty Space is US$449/ 469EURO.
I also cover the phone and PC app that is available free so you can edit the tones to your exact needs. And importantly inside this great little amplifier there are backing tracks so that you can get practicing to 'your' music. As well as that I discuss all the likes and dislikes I had about the NUX Mighty Space and I even compare it to the Yamaha THr30 MK II and why this amp makes more sense than the Yamaha device if you're i9n the market for something to play your guitar through.
Its also possible to play small gigs with this 30 watt amplifier for guitar especially if you use an external speaker cab. But even without the extra speaker cab, this amp is probably loud enough to stir up the neighbors if you was to crank it all to full volume.
One interesting thing is that the NUX Mighty Space actually comes with the wireless transmitter included as standard, as well as a handy little foot switch to start or stop the internal drum machine or the internal looper.
Overall this is a really classy unit and I hope my NUX mighty space review shows all you need, and you just know that it means business when you use it. There are loads of presets and IR's (speaker simulations) but you are able to add your own favorite IR's (or for that matter backing tracks) if you so desire.
I conclude with a 'Tony' score of the NUX mighty space wireless from NUX efx where I tell you my opinion about this unit after using it throughout the review.
Note that while the unit was sent to me for review (basically sponsored) this is entirely my own opinion and NUX or Cherub have had no preexisting advice about the unit - so what I say about this unit I completely standby as my own understanding of the device and its entirely my opinion.
I have been playing and using guitar equipment since 1970 and have (since 2009) around 400 reviews on my channel that you should check out as they are ALL genuine reviews.
I have spent considerable time creating this video so please do SUBSCRIBE, RING THE BELL, AND THUMBS UP to give my channel a boost and thank you for watching - I hope the video is enjoyable.
