What a fabulous set we have today, a '57 white guard Esquire and '54 tweed Deluxe! This guitar has some honest play wear, but is in great condition overall with a nice semi-chunky profile neck with a comfortable soft-V, typical of the era. It plays excellently, with the whole guitar vibrating with the notes played, and of course has that powerful twang one would be looking for in a guitar like this!
The amp is in great 100% original condition and has been untouched, still intact with the original filter caps, tubes and two prong power chord. Sounds great and has a saturated, compressed overdrive with a nice feel and sag.
A no-frills guitar paired with a equally simple amp for a raw, pure 50’s Fender tone!
