G&L player Jonathan Waggoner is currently in the studio working on Brantley Gilbert's new album. The Nashville sessions are taking place under the watchful eye of award-winning producer Dann Huff and will be Gilbert's first release on The Valory Music Co. label. Look for the new project later this summer. Jonathan picked up a new G&L JB bass for the sessions and when we asked him how it was working out, he replied, "Hell, every bass note on the new record is a G&L JB." He likes it so much, he even sent us this video of the bass in action. (Huff seems pretty happy with it too, as evidenced by his smile when he walks in the room at about 0:40.)
