Today we're continuing our series of Bursts with a 1960 Les Paul Standard! This instrument was celebrity owned, and they had purchased the guitar from the original owner - it is in great shape, with only a few of the plastic bits that had deteriorated having been replaced. Very strong pickups and a wonderfully resonant body deliver killer tone and guitar plays fantastic as one would expect with an instrument of this caliber. We have Dan Phelps demo this one through a great 1992 Matchless DC-30 that we've been using a ton recently!
