Red Panda Particle granular delay / pitch shifter. Here is a rhythm guitar played through the "density" mode with no delay, with a bit of feedback for a resonant sound. The chop knob controls the size of each grain and the param knob controls the time between them (interonset interval or 1/frequency). Adjusting the delay time over a small interval gives you comb filtering effects. The density ranges from isolated pings to overlapping grains that produce chorused sounds. This is one of eight modes on the particle.
