I get a lot of guitars that have been to a paid setup. They're never clean, but this one is the worst yet. Not only that, they either stripped the Trussrod nut or ignored it and tried to set the guitar up around a back bow that caused a twist of well more than 25 thou. Jesus. I had to use an oversized wrench to try to get it to grab the nut and simply straightening the neck took the twist MOSTLY out and it set up fine after a neck shim. I'd be pissed if I paid someone for that. It's important to trust the person you give your guitars to, for setup or otherwise. Otherwise, do what I've done and learn to do it yourself:-)
