Authentic Boden Model with Innovative Strandberg Design Features
The V-BDN is based on the Boden style, the original Strandberg shape that combines excellent ergonomics with a uniquely stylish aesthetic design. Its materials have been carefully chosen to provide versatile tones for all types of music, with quick, punchy response and organic, resonant sound. The contoured body shape allows multiple comfortable seated playing positions, while the low weight saves your shoulders and neck. The patented EndurNeck shape relaxes muscles, joints, and tendons in your hand, wrist, and forearm, encouraging a more correct playing position. Another standout aspect of the Strandberg Boden is its custom hardware made from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum, which provides highly effective transfer of string vibrations into the wood.
Onboard BOSS V-Guitar Tech for Powerful Versatility and Maximum Sonic Creativity
BOSS’s famous V-Guitar technologies are the perfect complement to the innovative, modern design approach of the Strandberg Boden. Via a multi-position mode selector, you have quick access to all types of modeled humbucking and single-coil guitar pickups, plus bass sounds, acoustic guitars, synths, and more. And with a twist of the tuning knob, you can go from standard tuning to five different down tunings, all without adjusting the actual string tension at all! The V-Guitar tech is powered by four AA batteries, and you can easily monitor battery status from the front of the instrument. And don’t worry—if the batteries ever run out, you can seamlessly switch to standard Boden guitar operation without a hitch.
