The Seymour Duncan SFX-03 Twin Tube Classic guitar preamp / distortion pedal puts real tube distortion magic at your feet. The Twin Tube is awesome for adding some tube tastiness to a direct guitar tone, or for warming up a solid state or digital amplifier.

The Seymour Duncan SFX-03 Twin Tube features two switchable channels, rhythm and lead, with independent volume and gain controls, and a separate tone section with global bass and treble controls. You really can't get a bad sound out of this preamp. Glassy low-gain overdrives, chunky rhythm tones, and smooth sustaining high-gain lead sounds are all there in spades. The EQ section is simple and quite musical, with very little tweaking necessary to get the perfect crunch.
