Welcome back to ProGuitarShop and ToneReport, today we're getting a look at the Bax Bangeetar fron Orange. The Bangeetar's name is derived from Baxandall, a generous type of EQ circuit that lends itself well to stompbox applications. The Bangeetar's deep EQ circuit is accentuated by its dedication to controllable mids, letting players adjust the Q and center frequency of the band so that players never get lost in the mix again. The sheer gain of the Bangeetar is not to be trifled with, as cranking the Gain knob launches a full-frontal assault on your amp, pushing it into the red with the quickness, and when coupled with the separate footswitchable clean boost, the gain slams into your amp like a comet, delivering some of the hottest Orange preamp tones on record. To accomplish its tone, the Bageetar accepts a standard nine-volt plug but the voltage is internally converted to 18, which rounds out the sound and makes it more amp-like. On the left, you'll find a precision-voiced cab sim port, which is engineered to resemble an Orange 4x12 cab loaded with Celestion G12Hs.
