Usually, the Custom Shop uses 2 piece bodies and while there are varying opinions on the subject, I have never heard of anyone considering a 1 piece body a negative. While playing it acoustically, it resonates perfectly. The neck vibrates nicely and the body rings up against your ribs. The neck is made from a quarter sawn piece of maple with a 9.5" radius and 6105 frets. The pickups are a set of Twisted Tele single coils that have a classic meets modern tone, great in all three position for everything from classic country twang to ripping blues to overdriven rock tones.
