We talked to Manu from Befaco at the DIY workshop stand. Manu elaborated on how Befaco began with the ambition to create modular synthesizers in 2009. Initially, they explored circuits online and organized workshops, which gradually led to designing and selling their own DIY synth kits. Manu described the evolution from workshops to kits as a natural progression, allowing enthusiasts to build synthesizers at home.

Befaco's ethos remains rooted in DIY, workshops, and community sharing, as they approach their 15th anniversary.
