Lexington is Stephen Douglas Design’s take on the Tycobrahe Octavia. Independent fuzz and octave switches allow for use as a stand-alone fuzz without the octave. Three knobs allow you to control the Volume, Gain, and Pre-Gain. There is a massive amount of volume available past unity. The Gain control adjusts the amount of unique gated decay sounding fuzz this circuit is known for. The Pre-Gain control allows you to tame the fuzz tone a bit and let the octave stand front and center. When backing off on my pick attack, I found the Lexington to be touch sensitive enough to push synth and ring mod type tones through. Standard 9 volt center negative power with top mounted input/output sockets makes this one of the most pedalboard friendly octave fuzz pedals available. https://www.stephendouglasdesign.com
