The Grand Orchestra is Taylor`s largest body shape and is suitable for strong strumming. The 818e features Taylor V-Class bracing, which results in higher volume, longer sustain and improved intonation. Rosewood back and sides ensure strong bass and brilliance in the highs. The Sitka spruce top provides the dynamic range. Taylor's own active ES2 dynamic piezo system with bass, treble and volume controls is used as the pickup.
